Families

• There is a school board meeting tonight. Information, including a google meet link, is on the school website.
• There is no school next Tuesday 11/11 for Veteran’s Day.
• Use this link to sign up for the weekly Catalina fundraiser if you can: Cookies for Catalina  
• You can also donate candy for Naomi to freeze dry for the sale table.
• Cookies for Catalina are every Monday right after school. Cookies are $0.50 each. There are also small bags of freeze dried candies for sale for $0.50 each (limit 2).
• In 5th grade math we are learning to multiply. 
• In 6th grade math we are learning rates. We are nearing our final unit test. 
• In the lizard group we are reading about the Mississippi flood of 1927. 
• In the frog groups we are reading a book titled, “Get the Message.” It is about how various forms of communication have been used to drive forward activism.
• In science we are learning about Ecological Restoration.
