What is the LCAP?

Since 2013, CA’s public school funding model, the Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF), has empowered schools to decide how funds are used. Each district must develop a Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) that sets goals for student outcomes and describes plans to prioritize resources.

As part of the annual LCAP update, Fieldbrook School solicits input about school programs, services, and climate from students, educators, families, the Board of Trustees, and community members. Engagement activities are announced on our website, through school social media, and in community communications.
